- Directed the Product Design function across the client, provider and payor experience, reporting to the VP of Design and VP of Product.
- Collaborated directly with the CTO to launch the Marketplace Excellence program, a design-led initiative that improved client–provider matching, booking UX, reviews, and cost clarity — driving measurable increases in conversion and early-session retention.
- Partnered with the VP of Growth and the CMO to design and deliver the Primacy Care Referrals project, expanding acquisition channels and strengthening provider trust in the platform.
- Partnered at the group level on design and product strategy to improve 0–2 session retention, intake flows, client engagement, and quality of care through measurement-informed design.
- Directed early mobile design strategy for Grow Therapy’s mobile app, establishing foundational patterns for navigation, booking flows, and provider–client communication.
- Oversaw integration of AI into product workflows, defining UI/UX approaches that balanced usability, transparency, and provider trust while accelerating client–provider matching and content creation.
- Scaled the Product Design team from 4 → 9, approaching a 1:1 PM–PD ratio that deepened partnerships and amplified impact across business-critical initiatives.
- Created hiring rubrics and career frameworks, recruited top design talent, and promoted a Product Designer into a Manager role — building leadership bench strength and succession.
- Strengthened cross-functional partnerships by aligning design with Product, Growth, and SEO leadership, resulting in higher velocity experimentation and measurable improvements in acquisition, retention, and booking conversion.
- Influenced executive roadmaps by presenting design vision and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between product, design, and business goals, and securing investment for design-led initiatives.

- Drove initiatives that generated $X.M Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) for Dropbox Teams via new feature launches, sharing improvements, trial conversion, and retention strategies.
- Increased usage of DropboxSign integrations, trial starts, and DropboxSend weekly users (XX–XX%) by creating activation principles and repeatable onboarding patterns.
